Welcome to Rush Hour Elite Transportation. By utilizing our elite transportation services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. We aim to provide a safe, reliable, and comfortable experience for all our clients in the Atlanta Metro Area.

Booking and Reservations

All transportation services with Rush Hour Elite Transportation must be booked in advance, either through our website, mobile application, or by calling. When booking, please provide accurate details including pick-up location, destination, date, time, and any special requests. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak hours or for special events. A confirmation will be sent to your provided email address, or phone number upon successful booking.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the pick-up time may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. For modifications, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your changes. 

Payment Policies

Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as agreed during the reservation process. We accept all major credit cards and other electronic payment methods. All fares are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, and any additional charges for extra services requested. Gratuities are not included in the fare but are greatly appreciated by our drivers for exceptional service. Any disputes regarding charges must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the service date.

Passenger Conduct and Responsibilities

For the safety and comfort of all, passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during the ride. Smoking, vaping, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is unruly, under the influence, or poses a threat to the driver or other passengers. Please ensure all personal belongings are collected upon exiting the vehicle; Rush Hour Elite Transportation is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
