Your payment options
Rush Hour Elite Transportation offers a variety of convenient ways to pay for your elite transportation service. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we also support secure digital payment platforms like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Corporate accounts with pre-approved billing arrangements are also welcome. Contact us at booking@rushhourelite.com to set up a corporate account.
When to pay for your service
To ensure a seamless experience, payment for all services is typically processed at the time of booking. This secures your reservation and allows us to focus entirely on providing you with exceptional service. For certain corporate accounts or special arrangements, alternative payment schedules may be agreed upon in advance. Please discuss any specific payment timing requirements with our team when booking.
Cancellation and refunds
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Additional payment guidelines
Please be aware that special requests, such as additional stops or specific vehicle accommodations, may incur additional charges. We will always inform you of any extra costs before confirming your booking. In the event of unexpected delays caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures), we will communicate promptly and work with you to find the best solution. Any additional waiting time beyond a complimentary grace period may be subject to an hourly charge.
